Survey Response Anonymisation
Responses to our survey are anonymised before analysis. Once collected, response data is separated from respondent identity: each entry is assigned a randomly generated reference number, and this number is stored in a separate file that maps it to the respondent's email address. The response dataset itself retains only the reference number, with all original identifying details removed, so that no individual can be linked back to their answers within the analysed data. This separation is designed to protect respondent neutrality and confidentiality throughout our process.
